Four Track Sampler is a standalone program made to utilize the multitouch on a Windows touchscreen. You can record from the mic or currently playing mix to load the recording into a new track. There are looping and marking abilities, pitch and speed shift, notch peak filter, oscillator, compressor, delay and pan.
